Refund Policy

Run The Nest is operated by Alexandre Prado. Subscriptions are sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which handles billing, tax, and refund processing on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid Run The Nest plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to cases of duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented use of the Service, or other reasons required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout. Paddle will guide you through requesting a refund.
  2. Or email us at support@runthenest.com with your order number and the reason for the refund, and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or through your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period.
